Terms of service
These terms cover your use of AuctionFinder (auctionfinder.fyi). AuctionFinder runs the site. By using the site, you agree to them.
The directory
AuctionFinder lists auction houses and platforms. A listing is a record. It is not an endorsement or a recommendation.
We do not check that a listing is current or right for you. Data can be out of date. Check with the auction house or platform before you rely on a listing.
Listing data comes from these sources. We are independent of them, and they do not endorse this site.

Accounts and listings
You need an account to claim a listing, add a listing and suggest an edit. Claim a listing only if you may speak for it. Keep what you submit true and lawful.
We may refuse or remove content. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Paid plans
Paid plans (Verified, Featured and Sponsored) are monthly or annual subscriptions. They renew each period until you cancel. Prices and features are on the pricing page.
Stripe handles billing. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays active for 7 days. Then it returns to the free plan.
Cancelling and refunds
All sales are final. We do not give refunds, including for partial periods and unused time.
Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Read the refund policy for details.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information. Do not pose as the owner of a listing. Do not abuse the forms or harm the site.
Liability
We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a decision you make from what the site shows.
Nothing in these terms limits a right the law gives you that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms follow the law of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

We may change these terms. The current version is on this page. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.
